The second floor offers a light-filled open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The welcoming living room is all about comfort with inviting sofas throughout and a large smart TV with streaming services - curl up on your favorite armchair or on the extensive sectional and get ready for an exciting evening at home! From here, access a furnished balcony with views of the neighboring homes, which is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or read a book. The spacious kitchen is a chef's playground with all stainless steel appliances, including a double-door fridge, stove with a range, oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, convection oven, and Keurig coffee maker. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. City/town permit number: 011464 Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Resort, Booking & Cleaning Fees: A nightly Resort Fee is charged per unit, per night and helps support resort
amenities and services, including resort pools, fitness center access, beach access, and Wi-Fi. The fee is based on
accommodation size and season, as shown below.
