The comfortable living area boasts an 85” 4K TV for movie days and it looks into your private outdoor courtyard for an exquisite entertaining experience. Speaking of entertaining, you'll find Sonos in-home streaming audio throughout so you can stream your favorite beach playlist inside or out in the courtyard. For the best view of the Gulf, take the spiral staircase to your exclusive viewing tower where you will find the wine room, card table, and framed TV for enjoying a game Or you can sip sweet tea and enjoy the warm breeze on any one of four private balconies throughout the house. The kids will have plenty to do with the included board games, cornhole, and tabletop arcade in the game room. There are also beach boogie boards to use at the beach! You will find the beach boardwalk and two community pools, heated in our winter months, within walking distance of this centrally located home in the resort. Resort, Booking & Cleaning Fees: A nightly Resort Fee is charged per unit, per night and helps support resort
amenities and services, including resort pools, fitness center access, beach access, and Wi-Fi. The fee is based on
accommodation size and season, as shown below.

Booking Fee: A Booking Fee applies to each reservation and helps support the elevated service and seamless booking

Nov 10 to Feb 28: the applicable percentage is 9% per stay
Mar 1 to Oct 31: the applicable percentage is 12% per stay
Cleaning Fee: A separate Cleaning Fee is applied once per reservation to cover standard departure cleaning and
preparation of the accommodation for the next guest. Cleaning fees vary based on unit size and seasonality.
Property Protection Plan: A mandatory, one-time Property Protection Plan fee is charged per reservation based on

7+ bedrooms $169. The plan covers up to $3,000 in damage and replaces the need for a general refundable security

Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is guaranteed by 4:00 PM. If your accommodation is ready earlier, we'll be happy to
provide access as soon as possible, but early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. This allows our
housekeeping team adequate time to thoroughly clean, inspect, and prepare the accommodation for the next arriving
guest. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to check in to a Pamilla Beach Resort vacation home or condominium.
Deposit & Payment Policy: A deposit equal to 10% of the total reservation value, including accommodation charges,
taxes, resort and booking fees, and any applicable package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 90%
balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellation Policy: All deposits are non-refundable. Once a reservation is booked, any deposit paid will be forfeited if
the reservation is canceled.
Pet Policy: While we love furry friends, pets are only permitted in accommodations specifically designated as pet
friendly. A $150 pet fee and $200 refundable pet deposit apply per reservation. Service animals are welcome in
accordance with applicable law and are not subject to the Pet Policy.
Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are not permitted inside any Pamilla Beach Resort
rental accommodation. A minimum $400 fee may be assessed if smoking or vaping occurs within the accommodation.
