The second bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, a smart TV, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, while a half bath provides added convenience.

A third balcony comes complete with bistro seating for two. You’ll love the fenced yard with covered deck space. As evening falls, gather around the wood-burning firepit and watch the stars come out.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. Driveway parking is available for three cars. Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available. This two-story house is accessed via two steps, and there are additional steps in the patio area. The windows located across from the bunk beds do not have window coverings and offer natural morning light. Please note that there is some construction going on in this growing community.

Resort, Booking & Cleaning Fees: A nightly Resort Fee is charged per unit, per night and helps support resort
amenities and services, including resort pools, fitness center access, beach access, and Wi-Fi. The fee is based on
accommodation size and season, as shown below.

provide access as soon as possible, but early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. This allows our
housekeeping team adequate time to thoroughly clean, inspect, and prepare the accommodation for the next arriving
guest. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to check in to a Pamilla Beach Resort vacation home or condominium.
Deposit & Payment Policy: A deposit equal to 10% of the total reservation value, including accommodation charges,
taxes, resort and booking fees, and any applicable package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 90%
balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellation Policy: All deposits are non-refundable. Once a reservation is booked, any deposit paid will be forfeited if
the reservation is canceled.
Pet Policy: While we love furry friends, pets are only permitted in accommodations specifically designated as pet
