An elevator or stairs are your options for this tri-level beauty! In our open, airy space, tall windows and light blues and greens blend to create an inviting coastal retreat. Balconies provide birds-eye views of the ocean and beautifully landscaped resort neighborhood!
The living area, with its cool blues and distressed wood floors, has two focal areas. The first is the bar, completely set up for all your beverages, and has a wine cooler. The second is the huge flat-screen TV. Couches, chairs and barstools provide conversational seating for 17. Extras include a Spectrum select cable package with 155+ channels, including Disney+, VIX Premium, Paramount +, Max, Peacock Premium, AMC+. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is also provided, as is a telephone landline for local and long-distance calls in the U. S. and Canada. The homes televisions use ROKU and Spectrum. They are smart TVs, and you can sign in to a service that you have a subscription to during your stay. The open kitchen is filled with natural light from tall windows. It boasts state-of-the-art stainless appliances, including a gas range. The island bar area seats eight and provides tons of prep space. Two round tables bookend the kitchen and sit 12 people total for a communal meal. Off the kitchen is a powder room. This large home has four bedrooms, each equipped with Spectrum TV and wireless internet. The master bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk bed. The thoughtfully designed Palmilla community amenities include access to a private, groomed beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services-this is a game changer! Call Guest Services to rent beach chairs and umbrellas to be set up for you when you arrive, reserve a poolside cabana at either resort pool or rent a golf cart to explore the community or drive on the beach into town. The Guest Services pavilion has wristbands that grant VIP access to wonderful amenities. The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Offering 9 holes carved out of untamed native dunes along the golf course, Palm Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, rolling lush fairways lined with native grasses, and challenging greens. Resort Fee: A nightly resort fee applies to each accommodation and helps support resort amenities and services, including resort pools, fitness center access, beach access, and Wi-Fi. The fee varies by unit size and season.
Booking Fee: A booking fee applies to each reservation and supports reservation services and the booking experience. The fee is 9% for stays from November 1 through February 28 and 12% for stays from March 1 through October 31.
Cleaning Fee: A one-time cleaning fee applies to each reservation to cover standard departure cleaning and preparation of the accommodation for the next guest. Cleaning fees vary by unit size and season.
Property Protection Plan: A mandatory, one-time Property Protection Plan fee applies to each reservation and varies by unit size. The plan covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage during your stay and replaces a traditional refundable security deposit. The separate refundable pet deposit still applies to pet-friendly reservations.
Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is guaranteed by 4:00 PM. If your accommodation is ready earlier, we’ll be happy to provide access, but early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Check-out is by 10:00 AM, allowing our housekeeping team time to clean, inspect, and prepare the accommodation for the next guest. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to check in.
Deposit & Payment Policy: A 10% non-refundable deposit is due at booking, based on the total reservation amount, including accommodations, taxes, applicable fees, and any package items. The remaining 90% balance is due 30 days before arrival and will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellation Policy: The initial deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled. Once the final balance is collected, the entire reservation is non-refundable.
Pet Policy: Pets are welcome only in accommodations specifically designated as pet-friendly. A $150 non-refundable pet fee and $200 refundable pet deposit apply per reservation. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law and are not subject to pet fees or deposits.
Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are not permitted inside any Palmilla Beach Resort rental accommodation. A minimum $400 fee may be assessed for smoking or vaping inside the accommodation. Additional cleaning or damage charges may also apply.
