The stylishly appointed living room features an inviting, beachy color palette. Stretch out on a sectional (converts to queen sleeper) as well as several chairs and watch shows on the 75” TV.

The spacious and modern kitchen is a chef’s dream. Outfitted with a complete set of high-end stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas range, the kitchen also has a large island with plenty of counter space for meal prep. The breakfast bar and center island offer seating for eight. Or gather around the eight-person dining room table.
BEDROOMS and BATHS
This home sleeps 10 guests between three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Three full bathrooms and a half bath are stocked with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries and bath amenities. The master bedroom features a comfy king bed and a 42” TV. The en-suite master bath has a double vanity and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a 42” TV. The en-suite bath offers a tub/shower combination. In the third bedroom, you’ll find a twin-over-king bunk bed. Watch favorite shows on the 42” TV. An en-suite bath holds a tub/shower combination. A half bath off the kitchen provides added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREAS
This home features three second-floor balconies. One overlooks the courtyard with a four-seat dining table, as well as a two-person seating area. The second balcony is located on the opposite side of the house and has seating for two. A third balcony includes four tall Adirondack chairs. A gas grill and an outdoor shower are located on the patio. The community courtyard offers alfresco dining and a fire pit, and just across the street is the seaside pool.

Resort, Booking & Cleaning Fees: A nightly Resort Fee is charged per unit, per night and helps support resort
amenities and services, including resort pools, fitness center access, beach access, and Wi-Fi. The fee is based on
