Known as Paradise Found, this newly built 3BR/3.5BA house overlooks the beautifully manicured grounds at Palmilla Beach Resort and boasts abundant amenities. Just outside your door, enjoy a community courtyard with alfresco dining and a fire pit. Or take refreshing swims in the sparkling pool just steps from your rental. Adjacent to the 8th hole, additional perks include a boardwalk to the beach, guest services, a golf shop, and the on-site Black Marlin Restaurant. Spanning two levels, this fresh and inviting vacation home features modern decor, vaulted ceilings, and upscale furnishings. All three bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms and 50' smart TVs w/ Roku, while a porch and two balconies offer plenty of private outdoor relaxation space.

The second-floor living area offers comfy seating with a queen sleeper sectional, armchairs, and bean bag chairs. A 70” smart TV with cable and a PlayStation provide evening entertainment.
KITCHEN and DINING
Also upstairs, a modern, Coastal kitchen features stainless steel appliances. Thoughtful extras include a toaster oven, Ninja blender, and a dual coffee maker with K-Cup capabilities. Dine at the eight-person table, or perch at the breakfast bar for four.

The master suite features a king bed, direct porch access, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second suite offers a twin-over-queen bunk bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third suite offers a twin-over-king bunk bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A convenient half bath is located on the second floor.

A front porch features a charming swing where you can sip a cold beverage. Upstairs you’ll find two balconies -- enjoy the fantastic weather and views. One overlooks the marina and offers two rocking chairs and two high-top chairs. The other offers Gulf and resort views as well as two high-top chairs, a table, and a Weber grill.

Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina. Within steps to the newly redesigned 9-hole course, it incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game. Resort, Booking & Cleaning Fees: A nightly Resort Fee is charged per unit, per night and helps support resort
amenities and services, including resort pools, fitness center access, beach access, and Wi-Fi. The fee is based on
accommodation size and season, as shown below.

Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is guaranteed by 4:00 PM. If your accommodation is ready earlier, we'll be happy to
provide access as soon as possible, but early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. This allows our
housekeeping team adequate time to thoroughly clean, inspect, and prepare the accommodation for the next arriving
guest. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to check in to a Pamilla Beach Resort vacation home or condominium.
Deposit & Payment Policy: A deposit equal to 10% of the total reservation value, including accommodation charges,
taxes, resort and booking fees, and any applicable package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 90%
balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellation Policy: All deposits are non-refundable. Once a reservation is booked, any deposit paid will be forfeited if
the reservation is canceled.
Pet Policy: While we love furry friends, pets are only permitted in accommodations specifically designated as pet
friendly. A $150 pet fee and $200 refundable pet deposit apply per reservation. Service animals are welcome in
accordance with applicable law and are not subject to the Pet Policy.
Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are not permitted inside any Pamilla Beach Resort
rental accommodation. A minimum $400 fee may be assessed if smoking or vaping occurs within the accommodation.
Additional cleaning or damage charges may also apply.
