Affectionately known as Sea-Renity Now, this beautiful new all-suite 3BR/3.5BA home is located on the eighth hole of the fairways at Palmilla Beach Resort, just steps from the shared pool, luxury cabanas, and a short golf cart or walk over the beach access boardwalk. Enjoy over 2,000 square feet of living space as well as panoramic golf course views from multiple private outdoor living spaces.
LIVING AREA
Furnished with a sleeper sofa, two armchairs, additional seating, and a 75” TV, the living space is ideal for watching a movie.
KITCHEN and DINING
A modern kitchen and open dining area make group entertaining a breeze. The well-equipped kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Kitchen extras include a waffle maker, ninja blender, Keurig machine (plus starter supply of k-cups), 4-slice toaster, beverage and cocktail glasses, as well as place mats and napkins, dinnerware (glass and melamine), and silverware for 10. Between the center island and large peninsula countertop, there is bar seating for six, and the dining table can accommodate eight.
BEDROOMS and BATHS
This two-story home sleeps up to 10 guests between three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 43” TV. The beautiful en-suite bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms each have a twin-over-queen bunk bed, 43” TV, and en-suite bath with a soaker tub/shower. A half bath is located off the kitchen.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Beautifully landscaped, Sea-Renity Now has several private outdoor areas for your enjoyment. Upstairs, there are three balconies, each with a fantastic view of the golf course, distant marina, and glimpse of the Gulf and dunes. Off the main living area, the front balcony has a table, four chairs, and a swing. The side balcony, off the dining area, has seating for four. On the lower level, you’ll find a front and side porch, as well as a grill and an outdoor shower with teak floor mats. Guests will have access to the shared pool, located across the street, firepit, outdoor seating and gazebo.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a Sonos sound system, a washer/dryer, beach towels and pool noodles, as well as driveway parking for up to three cars. Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina. The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game. Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.

Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. City/town permit number: 006714 Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Palmilla Beach Resort Fees & Reservation Policies
Resort Fee: A nightly resort fee applies to each accommodation and helps support resort amenities and services, including resort pools, fitness center access, beach access, and Wi-Fi. The fee varies by unit size and season.
Booking Fee: A booking fee applies to each reservation and supports reservation services and the booking experience. The fee is 9% for stays from November 1 through February 28 and 12% for stays from March 1 through October 31.
Cleaning Fee: A one-time cleaning fee applies to each reservation to cover standard departure cleaning and preparation of the accommodation for the next guest. Cleaning fees vary by unit size and season.
Property Protection Plan: A mandatory, one-time Property Protection Plan fee applies to each reservation and varies by unit size. The plan covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage during your stay and replaces a traditional refundable security deposit. The separate refundable pet deposit still applies to pet-friendly reservations.
Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is guaranteed by 4:00 PM. If your accommodation is ready earlier, we’ll be happy to provide access, but early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Check-out is by 10:00 AM, allowing our housekeeping team time to clean, inspect, and prepare the accommodation for the next guest. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to check in.
Deposit & Payment Policy: A 10% non-refundable deposit is due at booking, based on the total reservation amount, including accommodations, taxes, applicable fees, and any package items. The remaining 90% balance is due 30 days before arrival and will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellation Policy: The initial deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled. Once the final balance is collected, the entire reservation is non-refundable.
Pet Policy: Pets are welcome only in accommodations specifically designated as pet-friendly. A $150 non-refundable pet fee and $200 refundable pet deposit apply per reservation. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law and are not subject to pet fees or deposits.
Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are not permitted inside any Palmilla Beach Resort rental accommodation. A minimum $400 fee may be assessed for smoking or vaping inside the accommodation. Additional cleaning or damage charges may also apply.
