The living room, with panoramic mountain views, includes a sofa bed and a private deck with seating for four and a gas grill. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a wood-burning fireplace with provided firewood, a washer and dryer, a dining table for six, and an individual ski storage closet.

Requires a car and you'll probably drive to Snowmass but the units are in decent shape
the common areas are nice. i would stay here again. Just note: 1. the walls are thin so your early risers will need to not make a sound, 2. the kitchen doesn't have much in the way of cooking utensils, appliances, et. for a 3-bed, it wasn't stocked well.

Quiet and serene
As advertised. Beautiful quiet deck overlooking a large open space and course. Spacious rooms and baths with TUBS! Yay! Would love to have had access to a few spices and non stick cooking spray but probably not possible with COVID. Master bed was a little form for my liking but that doesn’t effect my rating, I just like softer. The linens and pillows and towels are high quality. Reception desk super friendly.

One of the best AirBnB's that I've stayed. The road that drives you to this villa, the backyard that opens right from the living room, and clean maintenance of the house makes this the best place to stay in and around Aspen.

Great view and clean well-equipped space!
Our family of 5 and grandparents truly enjoyed staying here. We loved the big grassy field in Back with incredible views of mountains and easy access to Snowmass Club!

We loved our stay in your home! The unit was clean, comfortable, perfectly furnished and well decorated. The grounds/view were lovely. The club house was perfect for our kids...they loved the pools/hot tubs and we loved the facilities. Thank you!

Policies
Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Holiday (December 21 – January 2): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival.

Winter (January 3 – March 31): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival.
Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Holiday (December 21 – January 2): Reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Winter (January 3 – March 31): Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 9:00 AM
Guests are not allowed to bring pets. Sorry, no exceptions.
Housekeeping

Service every other day starting on the third day (trash removal and towel refresh)

Linens changed on request

Airbnb and VRBO guests do not receive housekeeping

Requested items delivered to door (not inside); maintenance completed only when residence is vacant

Parking

Complimentary on-site parking at most properties (one space per condo)

Town of Snowmass Village parking required at some properties: $17.50/day in winter, free in summer/fall
