Excellent Property
We love this property! Great pool, close to lifts, restaurants and shopping. The unit was clean and well appointed, very comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Will definitley stay again.

Great location and beautiful place. It has everything we needed and was walkable to everything we wanted to do, as well as a few restaurants. The resort staff was helpful and check-in process was easy. The checkout was also very easy. I'd love to do this again soon!

Great location and service
I was attending a conference at the Marriott, so the location was ideal. Close to the hotel and Lionshead village. The BBQ place right downstairs is great (checkout Tuesday's for a free keg). Very comfortable beds and everything clean and tidy. Daily housekeeping was very nice. The front desk staff (especially Devin) were very helpful and accommodating.

Policies
Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Holiday (December 21 – January 2): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival.

Winter (January 3 – March 31): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival.
Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Holiday (December 21 – January 2): Reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Winter (January 3 – March 31): Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
