Coaltree does excellent work. The facilities are beautifully maintained, I loved getting a morning text every day with a new Hawaiian word of the day, the weather, and sunrise/sunset. Our stay at the Coraltree Resort was amazing! The accommodations were very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beautiful beaches were just a short walk away, and the pool was awesome. We also enjoyed the great restaurants and shopping nearby. We were extremely happy with every part of our experience and would definitely return. We loved the area so much — it felt very safe, quiet, and not overcrowded at all. The Grand Champions rental from Coral Tree was the perfect location in Wailea. Close to the beach and all the shops. The rental was amazing stay. Clean spacious and makes you feel like home! Highly recommend!

Wonderful three bedroom condo was perfect for us, two sons, a daughter-in-law and granddaughter. Unit 95 has a beautiful view of Haleakala and the golf course. Kitchen has everything except spices, and we used the BBQ by the pool to cook steaks two nights. Overall, a fantastic stay! I would definitely rent here again!!

Beautiful condo with everything you need for a short or extended stay. Plenty of beach /pool chairs provided. Nice calming decor and upgrades through out. We were in bldg 47 unit D. Nice view of the ocean over and between rooftops. Location is fantastic with nearby shopping and restaurants.

Great place, would stay here again. The views were excellent and being the top floor the vaulted ceilings made the space feel larger. The only thing that caught me by surprise was being asked by the condo management to tip housekeeping (which of course I did), but booking through Airbnb which always charges a cleaning fee I did not expect that.

We really enjoyed our stay at Top of the Village. The unit was a top floor unit so it had vaulted ceilings which made it feel much larger. The patio is surrounded by Aspen trees which do obstruct the view however I find the sound of the breeze through the leaves to be one of the most soothing sounds. There is a water feature on the ground floor just under the master bed which sounds amazing also. The unit is starting to look a little dated but we didn't mind. The couch and chairs were not very comfortable. The unit was incredibly clean and anything we needed the on site staff was immediately on it. Additionally the club house and pool facilities are very nice and we spent time relaxing there each day. I would definitely return.

We were in town for a wedding at Maroon Bells. The condo was very spacious, as described and was perfect for our family of 5 adults…just beware there’s no AC if you’re visiting in summertime, but does have ceiling fans in bedrooms. We especially loved the balcony view of the Aspen trees & mountain! The mall close by was convenient for restaurants & the Fuel cafe has the best coffee & breakfast burritos around! We would definitely come back in Spring to try all the mountain biking trails. Great location for outdoor activities & the pool area was also very nice.

Great summer stay in Marie's luxury ski home. Clean, well laid out, beautiful view, well appointed kitchen. Hot tub, pool, and front desk 3 min walk through the parking area was very convenient and well kept. Snowmass mall was a steep 15 min walk downhill but plenty of parking in summer so we just drove. There's a free shuttle to the condo that we didn't use. Would love to see this place in ski season. Thanks Marie!

We always visit Snowmass on the first weekend in October. I brought my parents with us this year so we wanted a bigger place to stay. We enjoyed our stay here and made a couple of meals in the kitchen. It was awesome to have a reserved parking spot and we enjoyed the hot tub area.
Check out is super early! Worked out fine for us because we had an early Maroon Bells reservation.

The stay was excellent

everything is a 2 minute drive. The village is awesome. Eat at basecamp and get a poke bowl.
Beware of clicking the trip insurance as this is a full scam. This condo was excellent but i am still fighting to get money back from generali insurance.

We had such a wonderful stay at Top of the Village and in this beautiful condo. We loved the hot tub and pool as well as the convenience of ski in/ski out and the shuttle!
The kitchen was well appointed and the bathrooms were nicely renovated. The beds were very comfortable and our kids loved the built in bunk beds.
We will definitely be back to Top of the Village and hopefully to a property that you manage.

The kitchen was well appointed and the bathrooms were nicely renovated. The beds were very comfortable and our kids loved the built in bunk beds.
We will definitely be back to Top of the Village and hopefully to a property that you manage.

Great location up on the mountain...easy access to get on some trails and explore the mountain. Rim trail south trailhead is just down the hill. Lots to explore. Unit is great and very comfortable.

Beautiful view. The place was so cozy and comfortable. Staff were always so nice to us, including the shuttle drivers. The place was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Also, the location was super- literally At the Top of the Village.

Perfect location on the slopes. Great space, roomy kitchen, lovely fireplace. The pool is a little short for swimming lap - perhaps 30 feet, but was heated to 88 degrees during our stay in February – lovely. The hots tubs were super after a day on the slopes.

Top of the village is a great complex. It’s on mountain but a shuttle from the mall. We stayed at Slope 405 which was very nice. Great view of the mountain. We would come back again for sure. The concierge / front desk / drivers were all great and responsive.

This condo worked great for our family of 5. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful place to end the days after long cycling rides and hikes. Truly a ski on/ski off condo that I can imagine is quite convenient during the winter. The staff was helpful and kind and the shuttle was convenient. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this clean and newly renovated condo.

This unit is located at the very top of Snowmass Village. As such, the view out our window was of the slopes and Aspen trees. Very nice. The staff at the front desk were always pleasant and responsive. Would stay here if I returned.

Expect a clean condo with a great view of the slope and nature. Tip - use the chain provided in parking spot when you leave so that no one parks in your spot.

This condo was beautiful! It looked like it had been recently remodeled and felt very cozy for our group. If you take a 5 min walk down the hill, there is an outdoor shopping mall that had great restaurants and shops.

We enjoyed our stay at Slope 405! The condo was very nice and included all the amenities we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dishes, plenty of towels and blankets, and even humidifiers for each room. Check in was quick and easy. This condo is right across the street from the club house. The sleeping arrangements are different than the in the photos (two twins and bunk beds in the second BR). The public transportation stop was easy to access (at the bottom of the hill) and the village shuttle was helpful in getting to the top of the village from there. Overall, we definitely recommend this space.

Perfect location to Anderson Ranch where we were taking classes and ideal for our needs, as I expected it would be. Had a bit of trouble with the tv, but the maintenance man came and when he couldn't figure it out either nor could the main fellow he called, he replaced it with a new tv. Now That's Service!

We were torn between a few different condos and Marie helped us come to the right decision based on our groups needs.
She was very helpful and quick to respond before and during our stay.
The staff of Top of the Mountain and Marie were both very gracious and worked with us when we had special requests.
The condo (Leaf 102) was very spacious and set back in the Aspen grove. Really made it feel like a treehouse. We were worried that the unit did not have a/c and would be too hot. With all of the patio doors and large windows we were able to enjoy the cool mountain air. Very comfortable.
All in all a wonderful experience!
