Beautiful place and wonderful location
Stayed several days. Loved it. Listing should include clear info to contact front desk. Emails to host went unanswered. But front desk staff was absolutely wonderful and cleared up all questions. Property is wonderful and in heart of Lionshead

Excellent location in heart of Lionshead. A five minute walk to the Lionshead gondola and Garfinkel’s. The restaurants – Little Diner, Moe’s BBQ, Montauk Seafood, and Bart & Yeti’s are very nearby. Exceptional view of Vail Mountain and Lionshead which provided great views of the fireworks from the balcony. The property is older, but very well maintained. There is a pool and hot tub on the second level. The pool area is very nice and gets plenty of sun in the summer. Plenty of parking space in the garage. The 701 unit is updated with a nice master bath shower/jacuzzi tub and dual sinks. The kitchen appliances are all stainless steel. The cupboards are well stocked with dishes, glassware, and other useful utensils/pans. There is a grill on the balcony. WiFi was excellent. The unit is on the 7th floor, which is accessed by two elevators. The unit is two stories high with two bedrooms and kitchen/living room on the first floor. On the second floor is the master bedroom/bath and a loft area with two single beds. The second floor gets hot in the summer. Definitely need the second floor windows open during the summer and fans going during the night. Fans are in the closets. Unit has six beds, which was more than enough for our family of four. Communication with the host was prompt, which made planning our trip easy. The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. We would definitely stay in this condo again when coming back to Vail.

Pillows on Bed
The Pillows on beds were extremely low quality and uncomfortable. Otherwise the unit was great. I'd highly recommend a better choice of pillows.

Nice location in Lionshead. Right by the gondola and several nice restaurants. Like much of Vail the bedrooms on the North side of the unit have a lot of highway noise so leaving the windows open for cool summer air in the evenings isn’t quite as relaxing as one might hope. The unit is on the end of the 7th (top) floor and is accessed by exterior hallways that are very high up. Having small kids it was a little unnerving not to have interior hallways to get from the elevator to the unit at the far end of the highest floor. The building is old but the unit is relatively updated with a nice master bathroom and stainless steel kitchen appliances. The pots and pans are very basic so make sure to bring non stick spray with you if you want your food to actually come off the skillet when it’s done cooking. The living room and kitchen and dining area have a great view of Vail mountain but this open space is actually much smaller than the pictures in the listing make it look. Plenty of room for our family of four but would be quite tight for six or more adults.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this condo! It had more than enough space for 6 adults along with our ski/snowboard gear. The view was amazing and the location was perfect! Close to lifts, shops, and restaurants. Communication with the host was prompt, and timely which made planning our trip very easy. We will definitely stay in this condo again when we have out of town guests or want to spend a long weekend in Vail.
