Great location (ski-in, ski-out) at snowmass. Also, the top floor for more privacy and one of the cleanest airbnbs we've stayed at in snowmass/Aspen area I could not recommend enough.

Excellent Location!
Fabulous updated 2 bedroom located between the mall and the village. This unit is in the middle of the building so its easy to access from the mall on top or to go down to the hotel lobby that is adjacent to the building. This is on the 3rd floor, which allows the ceilings to be vaulted creating a more open space. There were plenty of humidifiers to help with the dry air. The electric fireplace was nice as well. We are a family of 5 and the sofa bed was equally comfortable with plenty of sheets and pillows to go around. The hotel offers shuttles to the grocery store, which is also a short walk downhill. Our flight was changed and management was excellent at assisting us in getting a ride to the resort. The ski locker outside was very convenient for extra storage. To us, this was a ski in/out. The bus stop was very close if you wanted to go into Aspen as well. I would highly recommend staying here if given the option.

Primo location steps away from hot tub, which was the BEST hot tub I've ever had the luxury of soaking in. Wish we had known that there are NO convenience stores in Snowmass village (the one that was advertised on the map given to us at check-in was closed for the season). We were hoping to be able to grab some basic groceries in the village, but nothing at all was available. Ended up spending over $60 for breakfast our first morning, so just make sure to grab supplies BEFORE you arrive. Kitchen was well-stocked, place was immaculately clean. We were supposed to have been provided a housekeeping visit, which didn't happen. It wasn't at all necessary for our 2 night stay, except that we did have a full kitchen trash can after cooking dinner the first night and it would have been nice to have it emptied or to know how to remove it. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, although I'm not sure who Morgan is, lol. The unit was supposedly owned by Bill and Jill - guess Morgan may have been someone at the management company.

Wonderful summer stay! Close to Aspen, world class hiking, kayaking, and everything else. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Was a great place to relax after a long adventurous day. Absolutely beautiful wildflower garden outside. Highly recommend.

Unit 75, Terrace House
I booked through VRBO and I believe it is listed as ski in/ski out. Not really a ski in/ski out. Not a big deal and the walk was fairly easy. Would recommend and definitely would stay there again.

Morgan’s place is superb! Swanky decor... great location between the mall and base village... best hot tub in town... and the concierge service was spot on. They picked us up at the airport, shuttled us around the village and even moved our luggage in when we arrived early and left to rent gear. We’ve been coming to Snowmass for 20 years... this is a special property... Morgan was a great host and we have her place bookmarked for future visits!

We had a wonderful time staying at this place. It’s a beautiful space, with everything you might need: extra blankets and pillows, humidifiers, games, washer and dryer ( with laundry soap) and a well-stocked kitchen for cooking. The nearby hot tub is really large and unique. The only drawback is that there is no elevator. My kids carry their own gear, so that wasn’t a problem for us.

Perfect location, beautiful condo
We loved our stay at Snowmass. This condo was perfect for easy access to the resort. The kitchen was well equipped so we could cook most our meals. The hot tub was fantastic after long days skiing. Thank you and we look forward to coming back!

This place was great for our weekend getaway. It was right next to the slopes and village mall. It was so easy to stop in for lunch or a break for riding the mountain all day. Everything was walkable. The updated unit and furniture made for great cooking and eating takeout. Thanks for an awesome place to celebrate my husband’s 40th bday.

We had a great stay. The condo is modern, clean and well appointed. As a top floor unit it is also quiet. We visited Snowmass to ski and appreciated the ski in/ski out access and being right across from the community hot tub was also handy. Communication was great and I’d highly recommend a stay.

What an Amazing Place!
Cozy & Comfy...with everything that you need: from bathroom needs: Towels & Shampoo...Bedroom: blankets (extras) & pillows, to Kitchen: all cookingware to make great breakfast, lunch, dinners...
Cable TV, nice fireplace, wonderful kitchen table to eat and watch the snow from a huge window...To laundry downstairs and hot jucuzzi at your feet.

Communications with Morgan are second to none and the condo is absolutely clean and comfortable. The sunrise and mountain view looking out the big window is breath taking. Location is perfect! Half way between Village Mall and Base Village and hot tub is just down the stairs. Amenities were great, Pool / Gym / Hot tubs all very nice and relaxing.

My family stayed here for a mountain getaway and loved the condo. It's in a great location with easy access to Snowmass Mall and Snowmass Village as well as the hot tub/pools. The condo was very clean and well kept. We had no complaints and would stay here again.

This place is amazing, clean and stylish !
Walking distance from everything you need, very quiet neighbourhood, people go to sleep at 8pm and if you have kids who don’t go to bed by 8:30 you’ll have a problem with retard from downstairs.. 🤷‍♂️

We had a lovely time and the condo was beautifully appointed with clean, modern, recently-renovated spaces — we took lots of pictures to inspire our own home renovations. We also loved that it was steps from the hot tub and the shuttle stop. Having a refrigerator, microwave, “smart” TV, on-demand fireplace and plenty of space to spread out helped it few more like home. Great value and a lovely space.
