Walkable distance to the closest trail that connects to chair lifts and gondolas at base village, which gives a true ski-in ski-out experience. Although the building is slightly dated, the interior was spot clean with upgraded appliances in the kitchen. With the free shuttle and bus services you can pretty much roam around town car-free. Highly recommended for families who want to have a hassle free ski / snowboard trip.

Great location. Very clean and attractive. Beautiful surroundings-landscaping so pretty. Everything worked well. Host was prompt to reply. Great housekeeping provided. Property administered through hotel adjacent. Not like renting someone’s personal home. But honestly this was a good deal in a very expensive area. We loved our stay! Snowmass/Aspen is so spectacular.

Overall I would say this place is a great place to stay. Clean, spacious, and in an a great location. I definitely would recommend it to my friends to stay here. I have only a few points of interest worth mentioning. Try to come before it gets dark, if you use your phone for GPS, signal might be difficult. Parking isn't exactly near, but thankfully there is a temporary parking spot to drop off all your stuff so you don't have to drag it from the parking lot. Enjoy this place to the fullest, it is perfect for those who want to enjoy all that Snowmass and Aspen have to offer.

Nice location for a weekend stay
Overall a nice weekend place to stay in August. Convenient location. Clean. Comfortable. I just wish it had an outdoor balcony, and better airflow to cool it down. We appreciated the fan.

Finishes are pretty dated, but clean, comfortable and in a great location. Just a block or so from the Snowmass Mall with lots of dining options, shuttle/bus stops to around the area, and the top of the free Sky Cab (mini gondola) to easily get back and forth to the Snowmass base area.

Exactly as expected. Great location in Snowmass. Really easy walk to the slopes. My adult kids immediately commented upon arrival, "Dad, this place is great!" The condo provides a free shuttle to and from the airport which is nice. I did not have a single complaint. This place helped create some great family memories. I would stay there again.

Cute condo with an amazing location! The couch does in fact pull out so the house sleeps 6 comfortably! Our group had a great time and the staff were extremely responsive especially with Covid-19 restrictions

Will stay here again!
Terrace House Condos are great. Due to a maintenance issue, I did not stay at this exact condo but a similar one in the complex. Short walk to the slopes and Snowmass mall. Nice big hot tub and access to more amenities at the hotel next door.
