Great location. Hot tub a definite plus. Free shuttles provided made getting around very easy. Loved using the fireplace. Would definitely stay again.

Absolute delight! The location enabled us to ski in and out easily. Just cross the road and off you go! Outdoor hot tub is divine with towels and an external shower facility by the pool. The master bedroom is amazing with a terrific gas fireplace. Wood burning fireplace in the living room. Dedicated parking right in front of the house. The kitchen, while small, had all the essentials for making meals and we cooked in regularly as a result. Worth noting the oven and stove tops are old fashioned electric but worked perfectly. Hope to soon return!

This place couldn't have been more perfect. We were picked up at the airport upon our arrival in Aspen by the complimentary shuttle service. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable and shared some local tips. The next morning, we walked 3 minutes to the lifts, and our ski vacation was underway! We didn't spend much time in the house, but it had everything we needed. Full kitchen, coffee maker, three bathrooms... all that jazz. It was clean and nice and perfectly located.

Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Holiday (December 21 – January 2): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival.

Winter (January 3 – March 31): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival.
Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Holiday (December 21 – January 2): Reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Winter (January 3 – March 31): Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 9:00 AM
Guests are not allowed to bring pets. Sorry, no exceptions.
Housekeeping

Service every other day starting on the third day (trash removal and towel refresh)

Linens changed on request

Airbnb and VRBO guests do not receive housekeeping

Requested items delivered to door (not inside); maintenance completed only when residence is vacant
