The team was very accommodating to our late arrival and check out. The place was extremely nice and well kept. my only complaint was that it was very hot at night. we tried setting the temperature lower but couldn't get it comfortable and had to open windows. The temperature during the day was comfortable. I'm sure this is something that can be fixed, so I would recommend this place.

We loved our stay at Morgan's place! Super cozy, clean, and the location in Snowmass Village with designated parking spot right outside was excellent for exploring the area. The community pool and hot tub were a nice treat for the kids after a day of hiking. The whole community felt welcoming and the views are fantastic. Hoping to come back here one day!

Perfect location to shops and dinner walking both directions. Access to the mountain couldn't be any better. A full kitchen close to the market can make any and every meal you need to make. Cozy, Clean, and perfect. What a treat! Beware, the wash machines are not very good at the facility. That is the only downside.

We really enjoyed our stay at Morgan’s condo. It was homey, cozy, and comfortable. Plenty of room for a studio for a family of 3. The king bed was very comfy. There are no cooking ingredient basics in the kitchen other than salt so if you plan to cook - best to come a little prepared. The only downside was the street noise at night / early morning if sleeping with open windows but we were very happy with our accommodations overall and would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as advertised. Clean and convenient. Check-in/out was a breeze. During the heat wave we had to be deliberate about letting in cool air before bedtime -- but the balcony door and large windows made that easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo for a couple! We enjoyed staying at Snowmass and this condo was just a few steps from the Village Express lift as well as the gondola to the mall. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. Would stay here again if visiting snowmass!

Place was as described. Good location and clean. Appreciated the covered parking area and the hot tub access. Only area for improvement would be expanding the kitchen utensils to include a wider variety. We cooked a lot of meals in the condo due to COVID concerns and certain equipment, such as a spatula or additional frying pans, would have made that a little easier. Not a big issue as the rest was great, but just a suggestion. Would definitely stay here again.

You can expect a cozy stay in one of the most conveniently located condos in Snowmass. A quick walk either direction will get you to the Mall or Base Village to shop eat and ski. Access to a pool, hot tub, and wood burning fireplace set the condos at Lichenhearth above the rest.

This is a great ski in ski out location at Snowmass Mountain. So many places advertise this & it’s not, this however, absolutely is!! Just a short climb up the “back yard” and on return you can ski right to the door!! Morgan’s place was great. A very spacious studio, beautiful kitchen, plenty of storage, & expertly cleaned. The kitchen had the basics but no extras like condiments in case you plan to cook there. Very central location, close to the gondola to the mall, a short walk to RFTA stop for the free bus to the other 3 mountains, as well as the supermarket & liquor store. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and would love to visit again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here very much. The fireplace was so cozy, especially since we stayed during the random snow storm the other day. The heated floors are awesome, too. We live in CO so we brought a lot of our own kitchen supplies like seasonings, oil, etc so if you’re not from the area just a heads up that those things are not provided. Unit was clean and building management was friendly. Close to Aspen - excellent bang for your buck. Would stay here again!

This is a great spot! Very clean, all you need for a weekend and super friendly staff who were readily available when we needed something. Only suggestion - bring your own oil, spices, food storage etc. as there wasn’t anything like you find in some Airbnb’s! I’d stay here again!

This was our first trip to Snowmass and we were a bit nervous, but we breathed a sigh of relief when we walked in the door at Morgan's place. It's IMMACULATE and it's in the most convenient location at the base of the sky cab. The bed is comfortable and the pull out queen sofa was perfect for our daughter. I really appreciated the large bathroom with separate bath and vanity areas as well as the walk in closets. Plenty of space and it's an extremely comfortable stay. We'll be back!

The space is nice enough not to leave for your whole stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is nice. The balcony is huge and the area is quiet. The fireplace is a plus as well. Definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Morgan’s condo and will be back for sure. Perfect Snowmass location right next to the Village Express lift and Skittles gondola for skiing and also steps from the beautifully re-done base area. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance or a short, free ride to Snowmass Mall on Skittles. Condo appears to have been remodeled recently and was well-appointed and comfortable. Free shuttle bus to the other ski areas and Aspen is a short walk through the village. My kids loved the big hot tub and heated pool for apres. great unit and location - and Snowmass is awesome!

We loved this condo for our summer stay in Aspen Snowmass! The checkin at the front desk area of the condo complex was straightforward and they gave helpful information about the property and area. The condo was beautiful with a new kitchen, fireplace and balcony. We made use of the free laundry in the building and had a parking spot below the building that was assigned to the unit. The one thing we noticed when we walked in was that it smelled a bit like campfire from the fireplace.

This is a super condo located within easy walking distance to the lifts, the village mall, the bus station for easy trips up and down valley. The condo was spotless and exactly as pictured. The unit was very comfortable for my stay. Tom communicated quickly and check in/out was easy. I highly recommend this unit and hope to book return visits.

Very cute place on the inside, and nicely decorated. Everything we needed for a night in as far as kitchen supplies, although a BBQ would be a great addition to this place. It wasn't quite cold enough for a fire, but I'm sure that would have been great! There was plenty of firewood available for it on the deck. Very close to Aspen, so it made our hiking trip to Maroon Bells an easy drive to get to.
The only downside was the unit is facing the street, and with all the windows closed it was a little warm (but I like it very cold when I sleep). So with the windows open, the noise from the traffic is a bit much to get a good night's sleep.

We enjoyed our short stay at Tom's place. It was super easy access to lift service for downhill biking, a short biking distance to other mountain bike trails and easy to get to the mall. The place was super clean and recently redone. It was perfect for us as a couple. We are interested in checking it out for winter as well! Would stay again.

Had a wonderful four day anniversary weekend staying in Tom's condo. It was our first trip to the Aspen area and the Snowmass resort location was convenient and affordable. The space felt upscale (and sparkling clean), the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary kitchenware and the bed was extremely comfortable. After a long day of hiking and/or biking, we appreciated the pool and hot tub in the evenings. Took advantage of The Edge restaurant up the hill the first night and had an excellent meal. The grocery and liquor store right down the hill were very handy as well. Highly recommend this property! Hope we will be back soon.

Tom was a great host. Though the situation didn't involve meeting him in person, his arrangements were thorough, clear, professional, easy, and timely. The condo was exactly as pictured so no surprises. It was beautiful, comfortable, super clean, and very well supplied.Great home away from home. The neighborhood was Snowmass Village, so no complaints there! Condo was slope side and very ski friendly (though we were there pre-season we could tell).

The only drawbacks were that the shower curtain was hung inside out and we never found the recycling. Hardly a problem.

If those are the worst aspects of our experience we're doing extremely well!! These would never be a real issue and we are more than completely satisfied. We'd certainly stay again and will definitely recommend Tom's place to friends. Thanks for a great weekend!

The place had everything we needed. Comfortable fit for about 2-4 adults. We had a wedding to attend at the Viceroy down the road which made an easy 5 minute walk over. If I were coming back to Aspen in the future I would stay here again.
