We had a great stay at this Airbnb! Check in was easy, the accommodations were great, beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, etc. We didn’t realize they would come in and clean, which was a nice surprise. Location was great. 20 min walk to Vail Village, or right across from the free shuttle if walking is not convenient. Highly recommend.

Unit was clean and as advertised. We had a great time in Vail-the location was incredible! Great toiletries available in every bathroom, daily towel service, this was a great property.
Minor complaint was the parking situation was not great. Spaces were TIGHT and ours was blocked by another big car. Even given that we would still go back!

The condo is a great location to everything. The bus to Vail village stops right in front of the building and Lionshead village is all within a quick walk. The place was clean and convenient. The garage is little tight if you have a large SUV but great otherwise.

Perfect Vail Rental
Great location. 10 of us stayed in unit. Plenty of room for our 3 families. So close to Eagle Bahn gondola. Across the street from the bus station to get to anywhere you want to go in Vail.

Great week at Vail
Excellent option for large family. The bedroom configuration is excellent. The kitchen and living space are open and work well for a large family. Proximity to Lionshead restaurants and lifts are great.

Great location, walk to the gondola, Lionshead Shops, as well as the bus to Vail Village. Set up well for a group. The only issue that can't be seen online is the bunkroom bathroom set up. Upstairs has a queen room with en suite bathroom and the bunkroom and small room with a bean bag, foosball table, washer and dryer and then a glass shower open to the entire room. The toilet is in a water closet on the other side of the room - very odd layout. Our four college boys who had to use it were fine, but not suitable for anyone other than kids. The owner would be better off to turn the room into a full bathroom and a full laundry room. No one used the beanbag or the foosball table. Re: check in, the person checked us in to the wrong condo, gave us keys, and when we got there realized this wasn't correct because people were already staying there. It took a while to go back to the check in and get it sorted out. Otherwise, this was a very decent place to stay.

This condo was fantastic for our group of 10! We were able to check in early and Destination Residences responded to all of our questions and in a timely manner. A 5 minute walk to the gondola makes for an incredible ski condo. Would highly recommend!!

A little dated
The building was dated, the amenities are located in another building. The elevator went out for several days. The clothes washer didn't work and maintenance never came back to fix it the next day. The plus side, the manager and team were responsive, they did their best to make everything right and the location is good. I probably won't stay at this property again for the above reasons.

The place was great! We were able to check in earlier than expected. Location is great, within walking distance to rental shops and the gondola. Plenty of bars/restaurants and shops within walking distance or just a quick shuttle ride away. The place was clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely perfect condo!
From the constant influx of fresh towels to the small details of the place, such as the auto-start fireplace that cranks out heat to the heated floors in the bathrooms to the ample seating in the living for family, this place was just perfect. It was a 2-3 min walk to the slopes and right across the street from dining, shopping, a handy supermarket and liquor store and more. Ideal location!!! The 2 parking spots were ideal, as well. The gracious host also gave us an extra parking pass for a third car. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again. Awesome, awesome job owners! The Misch Family

Quick Ski Vacation

Vail Trip
Fantastic location, easy walk to lift, restaurants, stores and etc. Property accommodated 9 adults comfortably. The TV situation could use an upgrade but with that said, you don’t come to Vail for the flatscreen.

Great visit!
This property was perfect for our annual ski trip for a large group of guys. Very convenient to ski rentals and the gondola at Lionshead. Also to shops and restaurants. The shuttle to Vail Village is just across the street. Free garage parking for 2 of our vehicles. The staff at the Landmark was very helpful w/check in and out. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Vail.

Large, comfortable and convenient.
Hard to find a single unit to house 9 adults under 1 roof but this place worked perfect for our needs. Amenities in baths and kitchen were nice and updated although the A/V system could use some refreshing. I hesitate to say I'd recommend this place to others for fear of a popularity price hike, but we'd definitely book this place again.

Good Location. Aging Property
Great layout. 4 bedrooms with a loft for a fifth area. Walls need paint. Clean. Well equipped. Ten minute walk to lift. 3rd floor with elevator. Garage parking spot is nice. Expensive for the age. Older property.

Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Holiday (December 21 – January 2): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival.

Winter (January 3 – March 31): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival.
Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM

Open 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. during peak winter and summer.

Hours may vary in spring/fall.

Late arrivals: pick up keys from Landmark lock box (code provided in confirmation).

Taxes & Fees

Tax: 10.8%, subject to change.

Resort Fee: 6.5% taxable, covers property services.

Residence Protection Plan: $69 per reservation, covers accidental damage up to $1,500 (must be reported before departure).

Housekeeping

Daily trash and towel service.

Stays of 5+ nights receive a full clean with linen change on day 4.

Excessively dirty units may incur an additional cleaning fee (minimum $500).

Pack ’n Plays available upon request.

House Rules & Guidelines

No smoking or pets (penalty: minimum $500).

Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. (no loud or disruptive behavior).

Wildlife: No trash left outside; bears are active.

Ski boots: Not permitted indoors, use ski lockers.

Do Not Disturb: Staff must enter if the sign remains on for more than 24 hours.

Occupancy: Only registered guests allowed; exceeding limits (including infants) leads to penalties.

Supervision: Adults responsible for children’s behavior and safety.

Fines: Up to $500 for policy violations.

Fire Safety: Units equipped with extinguishers, smoke, and CO detectors.

Garbage disposals: Do not use for grease, glass, bones, fruit peels, or paper.

Private Residences: Respect all owner belongings and keep unit items inside.

Liability: Guests assume full responsibility for personal property and safety.

Additional Notes

Travel insurance strongly recommended, especially in winter.
