Bridge Street 309 is a spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom condominium located in Vail's famous Bridge Street Lodge. You won't find a condo with a better location and views! Two of the guest rooms feature stunning views of Bridge Street and the "million dollar lighted fountain." The master bedroom and living room open up to breathtaking views of Vail Mountain and Gondola One. Guests will love relaxing on their balcony overlooking Gondola One. With its ski-in/ski-out access, there's no need to wake up early to catch the first chair at Bridge Street 309!

Construction Notice – Please Read
Please be advised that Los Amigos restaurant, located within the Bridge Street Lodge building, will be undergoing a full renovation. Construction will take place daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and noise from power tools and other equipment is expected during these hours.

To account for this, rates have been reduced accordingly.

We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back. The location couldn’t be better—right in Vail Village with easy access to the gondola, restaurants, and shops, which made everything incredibly convenient, especially for skiing. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating, and the unit itself was clean, modern, and well maintained—felt like a luxury stay.
One small note: the listing mentions three bedrooms and five beds, but it’s actually two bedrooms plus a den with a pull-out couch. We also only saw four beds, so that may be worth clarifying. It worked perfectly for our group of three, but larger groups might find that inconvenient. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely recommend it!!!! We would absolutely book again.

This place truly takes the cake as far as location and amenities.
I don’t think enough is said regarding the view this apartment provides. The whole mountain and gondola one on one side, and there’s another balcony in the back room where you can see all of the Plaza and the fountain.
For those who like to sit in a private balcony with cocktails and “people watch”, there’s no better place.
Fully stocked; I mean, they even have a milk frother…
Going down to 2nd floor to the locker room and onto the gondola one, feels like you’re cheating the process. True pleasure and simple.
Batteries on the remote control for the fireplace went dead, and the toaster was not working properly. Had them both replaced in less than six hours..
Everyone I interacted with, from the manager, to the maid, who came to clean our apartment halfway through our stay(very few do this ), were very pleasant.
We had some noise, coming from a remodeling down below they did right by me.
Expensive but worth it.

Comfortable, top-level decor and furnishings. Clever foldable door to give privacy to the people sleeping on the pullout sofa. The sofa bed is high-end. Windows on all sides are a luxury. Excellent location.

Amazing location!
We had a great time at this property with our family of five. The location is amazing and can't be beat. For those familiar with Vail, this unit is directly above Los Amigos, but other than some very minor lingering noise from outside speakers next to the Master Bedroom (that turns off at 10 pm), it's not noisy at all. We can't wait to come back!

The house is accurately described. It isn’t overly fancy but is perfect for a large gathering of people who want to be right on the beach. We found everything to be clean and in working order. It was lovely to have so many en suite bathrooms and spacious closets. There is a lack of glasses in the kitchen but that was hardly a concern. As a group of multiple families visiting SC for the first time together, we had such a great time we intend on returning.

Perfect location
We loved the location of this condo. We had such a fun time and it was so convenient for our stay. The only thing that would have made the stay more enjoyable would have been to have AC in the bedrooms. It was quite hot. Overall we loved staying at Bridge St. Lodge.

My friends and I had a great time at this house! I would totally recommend for it’s location, views, and cleanliness. The house is situated in a great location. Had many walks on the beach at the wee hours of the day and it felt very safe. The beach was very clean and neighbors were extremely friendly. We spent majority of our time at the house and on the beach -that speaks volumes. The only downside was ordering things from the resort, there was a long wait and took a few times to reach someone but we were there during Labor Day weekend (busy times) -so that’s understandable. Didn’t get to experience the amenities of the resort so can’t speak on that but would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property
Cannot get a better location - period. The property management was spectacular. If you want to be in the heart of everything with amazing views of the mountain and downtown activity. I cannot think of a better place to stay. My friends that live here were so impressed with the property as well which says a lot because there is much to choose from in Vail!!! Highly recommend this place for a very special visit to Vail!

This house is all about ocean front location location location Beautiful sunrise and sunsets from most every room in the house. The house is quite large with 7 nice bedrooms and private baths each with an additional half bath on each floor. 2 bedrooms are on the main floor , the other five and large second living area on the 2nd floor. Plenty of space on first floor living / kitchen area and a screen porch as well as big deck with Adirondack chairs. The house is very nice inside while the outside does need some attention due to ocean / weather wear.

Pictures do not lie, the house is beautiful and location is great - on the beach! in a resort! 30min drive to downtown Charleston.
Pros:
- Location - beach access, resort ame
- House common areas - very comfortable couches, tables to play games, perfect vacation home
- Rooms - we LOVED that there were attached bathrooms for each room
- Resort amenities - tennis, golf, biking, restaurants, etc
- Clean
- Bathrooms fully stocked (high-quality soap, shampoo, towels, etc...)
- A few board games, a poker set
- Dishes and glass ware and pots/pans enough for large groups
- Two levels of patio decks w lots of rocking chairs
Cons:
- no condiments (it's a vacation home, not a permanent residence but it really would be better for them to have non-perishables in stock....salt/pepper, olive oil, coffee, etc)
- construction going on next door (as of March 2019)...some noise in morning but otherwise not an issue
- Garage door didn't close during our stay (i'm sure this'll get fixed...we were inside a resort so it wasn't a concern)
Overall, we all loved the house and would come back.

Great property for a large group (we had 6 couples). Located on the beach in a gated community. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, and there are several nice size social areas (living room, family room, outside deck, kitchen table). The host was easily reachable and very responsive. House was clean, comfortable, and well provisioned.

Beautiful house with many great views of the ocean. Loved that each of the bedrooms had its own private bath. The elevator is not available to guests and that would have been helpful for my older parents. There are quite a few stairs you have to get up and down, but other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay.
