This one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit features a master bedroom with a king bed and a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living area, accommodating up to six guests. Enjoy the modern touches of hardwood floors, granite countertops, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for relaxing and preparing meals. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with standard cable television, providing entertainment after a day on the mountain.

Our stay at Destination Residence's was lovely! The room was perfect for a couple. We really enjoyed the spacious patio and outdoor grill, as well as the common rooftop deck with a pool and hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked which allowed us to cook at home and the space was perfect for working remotely. Only downside, there is no air conditioning.

This place for the price is Great! My kids are 16 &14 & they didn't mind the bunk beds. Place is small but we weren't there to hang out in the room! Very clean. In my opinion The bathroom.... Very tiny. The tub/shower is elevated at least 8 inches higher off the ground. Therefore a bigger step in & out. And the toilet is so close to the wall... you bump the toilet paper holder every time. But not a total deal breaker! I WOULD Stay here again! Great Place for the price!

The condo unit was perfect for us and our adult son. Great location with it being very close to the gondola at Lionshead and the intown Vail bus stop just a very short walk from the front door. Also check in was flawless and people at the front desk were very helpful. Highly recommend the unit!

Great place! Very convenient to the lifts. Location in the building is also nice..close to elevator, close to hot tubs on same level. Also had an unexpected pullout sofa. The bunks are a bit tight... great for little ones but we have a teenager.

Great host, responded quickly to questions.
Very clean one bedroom with bunks. Plenty of cookware, towels, etc. About a 5 min walk to the lionshead Gondola. The balcony view is a little obstructed by the roof but by no means a deal breaker. Hot tubs on front deck are nice to have as well. Great place to stay, highly recommend!

The Landmark was the perfect facility for my family and I to enjoy Vail. It was our first time in the Colorado mountains and we couldn't have picked a better spot. The location, facility, amenities and cleanliness were all first class. I had a minor issue during my stay, but the management stepped up and helped me resolve. All around, they are first class and I recommend this facility for your next family vacation.

Great little condo. It's perfect for about 4 people. 5-6 would be a little tight but do-able. Place is about 3-5 min walk to gondola and 1 min from a bus stop. All the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Someone comes and cleans up the condo while your out. Highly recommend

Great property! Conveniently located, very clean, kitchen is well equipped, king size bed is super comfy and the kids loved the bunk bed. The hot tub and the pool were uncovered at our request as it was still a slow season and we were offered robes. Overall highly recommend!

Scott at front desk was amazing! We left shoes in condo when we left and he quickly shipped them back to us next day! Location was great and condo very clean! Great for 2 people. Would be a bit crowded with more, bathroom is a bit small but all in all a nice condo for the price

Reasonable size apartment for a family of 4 with all amenities. Excellent location a few steps from Lionshead gondola, restaurants and convenience store. Ski equipment rental right below the building.

Very nice condo in the heart of Lionshead
Quiet condo with comfortable beds. Could use an upgrade to the knives and cookware but otherwise great condo. This is managed by Destination Resorts in a hotel like manner so if you are going to cook, you'll need to buy everything (oil, spices and condiments).
