This 2,412 square foot home sleeps six comfortably.  Each of its three bedroom suites has a bathroom and private lanai – perfect for couples or small groups traveling together. The main living area is bright and airy featuring an open floor plan with retractable sliding glass doors that open up onto a large private lanai and outdoor dining area, inviting tropical breezes into the home.

Just below the lanai is the private pool, hot tub, two chaise lounges and gas grille. The modern gourmet kitchen has a sub-zero refrigerator, six-burner Wolf gas range and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals in your home.  The dining table has seating for six or you can keep the ‘chef’ company at the additional kitchen bar seating area with seating for three.  There is no shortage of spaces to relax and unwind, with comfortable seating in the living room and additional seating area on the lanai for six.

The primary bedroom downstairs has king bed, 50’ Sony Smart TV, a private covered lanai that is just steps from the fire pit seating area and hammock for putting your feet up and taking in the island breezes with a cocktail. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity, clawfoot soaking tub, walk-in shower and outdoor shower.  Also downstairs is the half bath and laundry room.

On the second floor you’ll find two additional bedroom suites with full bathrooms, both with king beds, 42’ Sony Smart TVs and private lanais.  In between the two upstairs bedrooms is a den complete with a desk, 24’ inch Samsung Smart TV and a cozy couch perfect for curling up with a good book.  The sofa in the den also converts to a queen sleeper sofa.

With plenty of space to gather and private enclaves to watch the sunrise while you sip your morning coffee - this home was designed for relaxation, connection and serenity.
