Well located right on the edge of Vail Village, small back balcony overlooking Gore Creek and larger front terrace overlooking the mostly quiet street. Light and airy living/dining room area, plenty of comfortable seating. Well stocked but small kitchen, plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, etc. Despite the hot weather, at night we opened the windows for a lovely breeze and the sound of the creek. A great summer stay for my husband and me and our two adult kids. Also loved that it was connected with Christiana Lodge (swimming pool, daily housekeeping). Be aware that the main level is up a staircase, and the upstairs bedroom and 2nd bath is accessed by a VERY steep staircase. Minor negatives (TV was not HD, coffeemaker and toaster didn’t work well, other things could be updated) but we will definitely be returning.

Great place! The location cannot be beat. We enjoyed the balconies and being right over Gore Creek. A truly magical setting close to everything. We absolutely loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back.

We loved the Christiania location and the stuff was friendly and helpful! Easy walk to everything in vail village, restaurants and lifts were mere minutes from our door. We will definitely stay again and continue to make memories with our family.

Great value ! Phenomenal location in the heart of Vail Village. There is a well-stocked kitchen (although a bit small), three bedrooms, and plenty of space to spread out. The condo backs up to Gore Creek. Our visit was in the summer, and it was so nice to be able to sleep with just the screen door open and let the rushing water provide natural white noise. Also, the management company was exceptionally helpful during my stay. Would definitely choose this property again for future visits.

Spectacular Location! The best part of this unit is the location. There are some tradeoffs, the kitchen is tiny, it is an older unit, there are only 2 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms, and the loft bedroom is very small. However, all of that is irrelevant when you walk out your door and are at Gondola One in moments. The whole town is at your doorstep.

Ideal location just steps from Vail Village. It was perfect for the Vail Lacrosse Shootout with an easy walk to Ford Park. The back deck view of Gore Creek was serene.

Wonderful location about 30 steps from the edge of the village, but still super quiet. Loved the quiet back deck overlooking Gore Creek as well as the sunny front patio. Spacious living spaces. Decor is a bit dated and shows some wear, and kitchen and baths are small, but space was More than adequate for our needs. A great value in the off-season!

This is a great place to stay! Close to everything and we never had to get back in the car once we arrived. The condo is well equipped. Could use some TLC in terms of the carpeting and screens but otherwise very comfortable

This condo is located right on the edge of the pedestrian corridor of the central village, absolutely a perfect location! It is accessible by car and yet a very short walk from the best restaurants and the gondola. The view is quite nice, the condo is spacious, except for the rather small kitchen, and the management is superlative. I will definitely request this condo on our next family gathering in Vail.

In the village, close to everything. It is as it shows itself to be. Be aware there is a fairly steep staircase up to the main floor, and a very steep stair to upstairs bedroom (1 of 3). Great layout! Perfect for family or family and friends!

We had a great time and the location was very convenient. We had our grandson with us and it was nice to be able to go out him down for naps. Our only complaint was that the steps to the second floor room are very steep. The view was gorgeous, we could sit on the front porch and see the mountains and there was a creek right behind the property that we could see and hear. We had a great time. There were 7 of us including a 9 month old baby. We could of had two more with us and there was still enough room for sleeping.

We stayed here with our 6 kids for a long weekend ski trip. The place was perfect. Super close to Gondola One and to Vail Village. Literally right across the street from the lift!! The condo was extremely clean and well equipped!! Overall a great experience!!

Amazing in all respects. This was a last minute booking for me, and communication was great. Location was much better than expected. You can’t get any closer to Vail Village. The private parking spot right out front of the property was very convenient. Well stocked kitchen. Our stay was in the summer, but the place had a cool room right up the steps for storing and changing out of winter gear.
